Returning & Exchanging Online Orders
Returning online orders is easy - send back your unwanted items by mail or take them to a K.A. store. To return by mail, go to our K.A. RETURN CENTER PAGE located at the bottom of our site. To return or exchange your items in person for free, take your items and packing slip or order confirmation email to the K.A. Store.
Returning In-Store Purchases
Items bought in one of our K.A. stores can be returned to any K.A. store. Take your item and receipt to the store to return. Most returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
Our Return Policy
Return or exchange any unused with tags attached item by mail or at one of our stores. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued and refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.

Your return must be accompanied by your packing list, receipt or order confirmation email.
Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery: The original method of payment will be refunded in full. Returns After 30 Days of Delivery or a Gift Return: A merchandise credit will be issued for the price paid.
Returns Without a Receipt: Merchandise returned without an original sales receipt will be exchanged the same day for in-store merchandise of the current retail price of the item(s) being returned.

2. Ship It!
Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
We will email you when your return is processed. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
